Since their onboarding process needed a boost, we showed the possibilities of company fashion guiding new hires to become real brand ambassadors. Sunday created personalised onboarding boxes filled with fashionable wearables. Custom-made scarves were sent around the globe through the Sunday Wardrobe™. We made it super easy for Uberall to warehouse, handle and ship their products. Resulting in increased employee loyalty and ambassadorship by making that first day an awesome experience. As the German company focuses on building customer relationships, they needed a reminder to not forget about building a strong relationship with their own employees. Sunday helped Uberall with their brand culture by creating an onboarding strategy.

So quality customers deserve to be delivered the highest value quality service. That means operating at a world-class level by an expertised team. Therefore they need to continue to attract new talents from all over the world. Since the onboarding process is one of the most critical HR activities for the long term success and ongoing engagement of your employees, Uberall wanted to spice things up while respecting the company values and culture of course.

We can’t shout any louder! Together with Uberall, we created a strategy based on their core values ready to guide them to become real brand ambassadors.

It’s all about growing together, being passionate and driving change
Since we totally convinced them with the quality of our products, we further integrated the new way of onboarding and made Company Fashion part of their corporate culture. To have the company's values conveyed in an original way, they chose to display the values on their apparel. So an important first step in this strategy is to communicate these values to the new hires. Their 3 values: “Grow with us”, “Be Passionate” and “Drive Change” form the basis for the elaborated creative concept with which they want to attract the right people. As Sunday is known for our personal guidance and support, together we created the “Value Collection 21”.
Uberall had a specially designed logo for each value, so our design-team who is extremely skilled at translating a brand identity, was able to make use of the medium’s full potential. For their Value Collection 21” we created a hoodie, T-shirt and laptop sleeve in a custom-made box using their pantone colors. A special neck label was created with "Value collection 21" on the back. In this way, the collection has become a real collector's item. The clothing collection is distributed to new employees in an onboarding package.

The feeling of unity is very important for staff, especially if you want them striving for a unified goal. After consulting their employees, Uberall could only detect more happy, motivated employees. So they decided to further integrate the new way of onboarding and made Company Fashion part of their corporate culture. After receiving the positive outcome they reordered the whole "Value collection 21" as part of their onboarding strategy.
Uberall even added another product, branded scarves, to their box. Yet these scarves needed to be sent around the globe because of their offices in Berlin, San Francisco, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Detroit. That’s why they were immediately on board of our SaaS-platform the Sunday Wardrobe™. Through our platform we made it super easy for Uberall to warehouse, handle and ship the scarves to their employees all over the world!
