With quality. In everything. Yet there’s only so much you can do with the digital, and sometimes it pays to go offline. Discover in this case what apparel we designed as part of their employer branding strategy.
John & Jane, an audiovisual company in full growth, in contrast to the proprietary event sector which has been in a low activity phase due to the current corona situations. They provide audiovisual support at parties, events, fairs, fashion shows, theatre performances, concerts, shows, etc. , no matter its size.
Their brand new name derives from 'John Doe' & 'Jane Doe', terms used to name unidentified people. Because in fact, the credits for a successful event were seldom linked to the technical event support so John & Jane stayed anonymous most of the time.
Till now. Lights off. Spots on. We’ll show you how Sunday helped John & Jane build further on their brand identity by creating company fashion as part of their employer branding strategy.
John & Jane: elevates both small and large events to a higher level.
John & Jane is a team of around 50 motivated professionals working closely together to offer full support for events in terms of sound systems, lighting, visuals and decor. However, John & Jane is more than that. Their people are passionate about sound, lighting, image and decor. Fuelled by their passion, they always strive for a successful event. Since their employees got voted as the favorite audiovisual team by the event industry, they wanted to put their employees in the spotlights.
Strengthening their employer branding is a logical consequence. In simple terms, it’s the act of crafting branded company products for employees, customers, and any other relevant stakeholder involved, thus transforming silent fans into outspoken brand ambassadors. John & Jane is a company with a strong mission everyone believes in. As their company culture resonates with their people, it's key to see how they live and breathe John & Jane's values. But how do you spread the word externally? The answer: by transferring employer value propositions on to cool company fashion.

Company fashion meets employer branding
John & Jane's modus operandi has in many areas, common points with Sunday. As their clients communicate their wishes or ideas, they create a tailored design with the appropriate high-quality materials and applications. Just as with us, we offer a comprehensive technology solution for all budgets with an eye to the smallest details. Since John & Jane chose Sunday because of the quality we offer as a company and because of the variety of techniques we are able to create, we were trusted with the design, set-up, production, control and planning.
Creativity lies at the heart of Sunday, as placing logos on clothing is not enough to stand out, they need company fashion that fits their business in every way. We used special techniques to create the high-end look that John & Jane was going for. Our team of fashion-designers created a collection of hoodies, polo shirts, T-shirts and socks. Using their striking colors of blue, black and white, the perfect match was found with both their brand guidelines and relevant trends. And not to forget, John & Jane’s logo was not to be overlooked in the incorporation of the design of the clothing. Because their name and logo make a clear statement, John & Jane became pioneers, like Adam & Eve.
