vind! Human Resources Services.
vind! is located in Roeselare, Belgium and is part of the Employment Services Industry. Together with their employees it’s their mission to create a sustainable match between candidates and companies, personalities and cultures, talents and tasks, ambitions and challenges. vind! knows from the past that branded products go a long way towards helping to motivate and to retain a talented, highly productive workforce.
One year ago, vind! had already placed an order with Sunday for company fashion, including sweaters and windbreakers. These items were very enthusiastically received by the team for whom they were intended and are also worn regularly at the office and outside working hours. The branded windbreakers are often used during sports. In addition to increased team spirit, extra brand visibility evidently arrives along with the gear.
At vind! they were recently looking at a major business transformation project; they wanted to shift the focus from job opportunities to the candidates and the ambitions they pursue as a person within their job. Yet making internal restructurings within a company is not always easy. Team members are used to a certain way of working and might be skeptical about changes. It is therefore important for management to involve the team in transformation processes and to try to enthuse them to be open to innovations.
"It was the ideal moment to thank our employees for their commitment and flexibility during the project. So we expressed our appreciation by giving a personalized gift. What’s more ideal than a summer gift just before summer leave?"

Seasonal, Summer items
Branded company swag like apparel and accessories, office items, and tech products have been proven to be effective workforce incentives that can boost employee morale and increase employee productivity. vind! wanted to up-hype their team about the new way of working by expanding their corporate fashion collection and thereby hand out new branded wearables to their employees.
“It was finally allowed to organize an event again! So we took our shot and celebrated that we had just completed the first phase of the transformation process. It was the ideal moment to thank our employees for their commitment and flexibility during the project. So we expressed our appreciation by giving a personalized gift. What’s more ideal than a summer gift just before summer leave." says Simon Carton who is Marketing and Communication Manager at vind!.
The choice fell on swimming shorts for the men and flip flops for the women. The design process for these items went very smoothly. For the initial order of their branded fashion, two different symbols were chosen in addition to the vind! corporate identity, each with an appropriate link to the business transformation process the company was embarking on. On the one hand, they were keen to work with a heart symbolizing the passions the candidates have and on the other, a little flag that represents their goals.
Despite the fact that vind!, under the guidance of Simon, gave our designer carte blanche, the choice was made to incorporate these two symbols into the clothing. In this way the link was made with the previously created wearables. Unlike the first collection in which the vind! logo was also emphatically placed in the spotlight, here a more subtle design was proposed in which the logo became minor.

Employee Appreciation Apparel
It was a great opportunity for vind! to make employees feel valued and thank them for their hard work and contributions to their shared success. It’s also a fantastic moment to remind them about the power of gratitude and encourage them to thank, recognize, and congratulate one another. “The comments were praising! The team definitely felt the appreciation and expressed it to us. A lot of employees also shared this on their social media, which gave us even more visibility. And that in turn is good for our brand awareness. Only positive consequences.”
By incorporating company fashion, vind! was able to help employees stay engaged and focused. Therefore the quality of the products was one of the major points for them. Since quality items are worn effectively because they continue to look good even after multiple washes. Which then results in employees who are more likely to wear the swimming shorts and flip flops, making vind! more visible and tangible for a long period. Clothing caters to the basic needs of a human being, that’s a powerful gesture creating true ambassadors.
“In time, there are certainly opportunities to invest in more projects with Sunday. Why? Because the process goes incredibly smooth, the designs are unique, the communication is strong, delivery is always on time etc. So yes we are very satisfied in general. Currently we are working on a new project, but I would like to keep that a surprise for now.”
