Adyen built a payments platform to help fast-growing businesses. And we built a formula to help Adyen onboard. As a fast scaling company in hypergrowth, the biggest challenge for Adyen was finding and onboarding the right people. Fast. Therefore getting their new hires up to speed and being a part of their company culture is vital. Bad onboarding causes high employee turnover, a negative impact on company culture and highly skilled employees working below their capacity. Together with Adyen, we created a strategy based on their core values. We further integrated the new way of onboarding and made Company Fashion part of their corporate culture. Another compelling point for Adyen were our ethical & ecological promises. Sunday’s sustainability program gave Adyen the assurance that all of our items are exclusively made with certified materials.
