Tredion: prepares its clients for the future of ICT.
Tredion has its origins as a company dating back to 1999 and is located in Gorinchem, The Netherlands. They are part of the Computer Systems Design and Related Services Industry. Today Tredion Automatisering B.V. has more than 50 employees that consists of young and enthusiastic ICT specialists who all have the Tredion DNA. Currently they offer a package of services that enables them to provide flawless service to companies with up to 1000 workstations.
And it was precisely to all those clients they wanted to express their appreciation. Since interaction with them is purely business, Tredion wanted to strengthen their emotional connection to them by providing simple, well thought out gifts. Marketing Manager Lotte Meerkerk recognized the importance of building a relationship with them that’s beyond them being just a source of revenue.

“You should treat them as vital parts of your business existence that need to be nurtured and given attention to. So we wanted to get things moving. We requested a number of stock samples and compared them with samples we received from merchandisers. Since we immediately noticed the difference, we were eager to work with Sunday. The price-quality therefore played an important role for us. Especially since we wanted branded towels and socks, two products that can be used daily and therefore need that quality.”
To create next level quality
What company wouldn’t want their clients to LIVE the brand instead of merely buying or using it? Custom branded towels are perfect promotional tools for your active clients and sun-loving beach goers. After a great brainstorm with our designers, Tredion wanted to exude class. The design of the towels was kept simple, yet focused on the brand logo. In doing so, the corporate identity of the clients remains perfect. We went for a woven ton sur ton logo on our weaving towels in their navy pantone color.
For the socks our design department elaborated creative propositions that respond to the wishes of Tredion. “We had seen some very fun and trendy examples of designs on your website. Some of the case studies definitely convinced us that socks would be a great match for our company. By not necessarily sticking your company name on a design, you can still send out a very different message.” The design of the socks is based on a cheerful theme, fully reflecting their branding.
A company fashion line brings joy and engagement to your customers and all other silent ambassadors. Although the towels and socks were both intended for their customers, the delighted reactions of their employees caused a slight change in plans. The socks are being used in their onboarding package to kickstart new colleagues, and to thank their current employees they gifted the towel to motivate them during summer. Fortunately, Tredion had ordered lots of extra towels and socks.

Their next-level attitude shows in results!
Creating a culture of employee appreciation is hard to achieve but attainable with a simple and meaningful tactic: corporate gifting. Whether you’re selling a product or service, your clients are human beings. They love being appreciated, thought of and reminded that they are of value. For Tredion, gifting felt like a part of their DNA. The gifts helped build brand recognition, engagement, and overall loyalty. By creating an experience (opening the gift) that sparks emotional connection, strengthening the recipient's relationship with Tredion.
"People often joke that we should create a whole company fashion collection, which proves the colleagues feel involved in this project. So we might just go for it.”
To create those memorable experiences, Tredion used the Sunday Wardrobe™, our SaaS-solution, making it super easy for companies to warehouse, handle and ship clothing to their clients and employees. By getting the right item to the right person at the right moment, the surprise was even bigger! “The enthusiasm was truly overwhelming, our sales consultants often received photos of our customers wearing the socks and towels. It really was a great hit! Thanks to the Sunday Wardrobe™ it becomes so easy. Through the platform I could request to send out the branded boxes with a personalized card to thank them and to brighten up their day with a gift.”
