Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, it is your mission to deliver impeccable service before, during and after a deal. You are the solid backbone of our order process making it as frictionless as possible.
You are an important internal coördinator from order to design and delivery:
- You work closely together with the other sales teams to deliver the highest value to our clients
- You build relationships with other internal departments like design, purchasing and production.
- You share experiences with all relevant colleagues to continuously improve our customer intimacy (service, platform and marketing improvement suggestions)
- You are the 1st line contact to support sales with clients, where you’ll be the guardian of our Customer Intimacy model.
Your skills
- You are a professional communicator in both Dutch and English.
- You like to focus on details and you work very accurately
- You are good at getting things done: planning, structure and organization is key
- You are an efficient hard worker and a team player
- You are willing to expand your network in a professional way
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (like HubSpot or Odoo) is a plus
- Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus, but not required
