Job description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial & enthusiastic Account Executive:
As an account executive you are responsible for landing new clients. You work closely together with an SDR who books you a number of meetings every month. It’s your main goal to transform these discovery meetings into happy returning clients. As a real ambitious salesperson you are always on the hunt for new opportunities as well.
- You work 1-on-1 together with your SDR colleague to identify new opportunities..
- You convert the generated leads into buying clients.
- You build strong relationships with clients, identify and understand their needs so you can offer a tailor-made solution for their HR, Sales or Marketing strategy.
- You focus on the long term and follow-up with your clients.
- You expand your professional network on LinkedIn and engage on social media.
Your skills
- You’re a strong communicator and like to expand your professional network.
- You have the ambition to achieve your targets and even go beyond.
- You have a strong desire to compete and win in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re proactive and a motivated team player.
- You have around +2 years experience in B2B sales.
- You’re fluent in both German and English.
