The reason why we like to partner with creative agencies is because in most cases, they know the customer through and through. Very often the agency and the customer have worked together for quite some time, so they have established a relationship built on trust. The agency has the expertise to optimally manage the creative assets of the company, and that’s where we come in.
We know we get the best results when we work with companies that know what they’re doing. A well thought through brandbook for example is one asset that will help us reach the best possible results. Companies that are used to working with agencies often have these assets figured out. Resulting in excellent briefings for our design team.

Healthy partnerships are built on complementary skills and expertise. So what is it exactly that we’re bringing to the table? Our specific specialization in fashion design has made us experts in the field. Our team of designers are so specialized in the specific field of clothing design that they’re performing on an industry-leading level.
However, we know that, no matter how good we might be in the technical side of it, we’ll never be able to deliver creative designs that cater to the specific needs of the customer as well as the agency they’ve been working with for a long time can. That’s why the partnership is so valuable: our design team will train the agency’s designers in terms of what’s possible from a creative perspective, and once the creative designs are approved, our designers will translate those designs into the technical files needed for the garments to go through to production.

The complementarity doesn’t stop with design though. Through the years we’ve worked with so many different companies, using clothing to tackle issues situated in areas such as HR, Marketing, Sales or even Customer Service. Our team of business-savvy account managers has developed an excellent sense of how powerful clothing can be when it’s used as a proper means of communication.
Just look around yourself: look at the clothes people are wearing and ask yourself what they say about the person wearing them. Very often you’ll find people have chosen their specific outfit based on who they are or what they want to say about themselves. We have developed a specific set of skills allowing us to use the power of this means of communication in a business environment.
When partnering with agencies, we like to share that knowledge. That’s why we’ve designed a set of interactive workshops, aiming to train account teams at our partners, so that the account managers themselves can manage company fashion campaigns, just like us.
