At Team Sunday, you’ll run the full sales cycle: find the right companies, start the conversation, run discovery, build the deal, and close it.

No handoffs. No waiting for someone else to “take it from here.” You’ll own your number and your wins.

Team Sunday helps scale-ups and enterprise teams run merch programs without the chaos. We combine product (design + production) with platform (ordering, stock visibility, reporting) and operations (warehousing + fulfillment + worldwide delivery + customs).

So marketing, people, sales and community teams can ship merch to employees, prospects and events—fast, consistent, and without spreadsheet logistics.

What you'll do

Build your own pipeline (outbound + smart targeting + event follow-up + partners)

Prospect into ICP accounts (Europe focus)

Run discovery and qualify

Create offers that are clear, scoped, and easy to say yes to

Close new logos and build momentum

Keep HubSpot clean enough that future-you thanks you

Travel all over Europe: our (potential) customers are doing a lot of events

This role is for you if…

You want ownership, not “supporting sales”

You like being measured on outcomes, not activity vanity metrics

You can do outreach that is human (and converts)

You’re structured, consistent, and competitive in a calm way

You’re excited by building, not just inheriting

You might be a fit if…

You’ve done full-cycle sales before (or you’re an SDR who already closes and wants a real closing seat).

You’re comfortable being accountable for a number (not just “activity”).

You can write an outbound message that doesn’t sound like it was written by a template.

You’re structured: you plan your week, you follow up, you don’t spray-and-pray.

You can handle multiple stakeholders without losing the plot.

You like high standards, direct feedback, and moving fast.

Bonus points

You’ve sold into marketing/revenue/people teams.

You speak Dutch and/or French (English is required).

You’ve worked with HubSpot (or you learn tools quickly).

You understand “procurement” without getting depressed.
