The Neodyme team works entirely remotely, which in itself requires a different approach in terms of maintaining a team culture than when everyone works from the same office.
So the CIO had the idea of using branded clothing to boost their marketing and team feeling.
The challenge?
The company finds it very important to surround itself with sustainable partners, so it also wanted to find a party that shares the same values and could also produce a collection tailored to Neodyme: namely casual and very wearable, while respecting its corporate branding. The collection was used both internally and externally.
Despite the fact that all employees work remotely, the entire team occasionally gets together for a team event. It was at one of these events that each colleague received a goodie bag filled with Neodyme clothing. The reactions were exuberant!
“We are very happy with the enthusiasm of the colleagues” says the CIO. The clothing is worn a lot, both at home and on the move.

Fair experience
Neodyme clothing is also used externally for trade fairs and conferences. There, on the one hand, it is worn by the Neodyme team present at the fair and, on the other, it is used as a giveaway.
The giveaways help the company to make their brand even better known, but also as a lead generation tool.
Want to create a cool experience at your booth so attendees stop and check out your brand? The Neodyme team did this by running a special giveaway on the stand itself, where attendees could enter for their chance to win a hoodie by answering a question correctly.
Product requirements
The merchandise needed to reflect the company’s values: young, colorful and of high quality. Neodyme didn’t want classic designs but really casual clothes that all employees would want to wear and be happy with.
The logo needed to be visible, since the clothing should help with their brand awareness strategy, but it could also not be too present so people would actually still want to wear it. The entire team could vote for the design they loved the most.
With purple, orange and green hues, it’s hard not to see Neodyme, so be sure to look out if you see the team at the next IT or Security fair!
